ASPHALT PATCH SYSTEMS
From small access points to entire city blocks, APS can precisely remove sections of concrete and asphalt, smooth all lines, and quickly evacuate debris to provide crews unobstructed access to complete necessary repairs and improvements, including repair and replacement for water, gas and sewer lines, fiber optic cable, and more. Once work is completed, our sites are optimized for quick and seamless roadway surface replacement.
We can take any piece of land – raw earth for new construction – or existing hardscape for site repurposing – and prepare it for the desired project, including new or repaired roadways, sidewalks, parking lots, and more.
Prep crews also fully prepare work sites to be fully functional by the time build crews arrive for work, including project permitting and documentation, crew facilities and cooling/warming centers, traffic signage and cones, site markings, and more.
We expedite and minimize debris removal and disposal costs by grinding concrete, stone and asphalt on-site. In some cases, pulverized materials can be reused on-site as a gravel base or donated for grading, landfill, and shoring applications.
Our fleet includes a 32 ton truck and pup (attached trailer), plus several 25 ton super dumps, and a 17 ton solo truck – company owned and operated, billed by the hour.
Our fleet mixer can deliver and precisely pour 11 yards per run. Our concrete crews can color and texturize pours to match existing aesthetics or meet design specifications.
Our state-of-the-art hydro jet vacuum truck and advanced hydro excavation specialists provide precise soil excavation around existing utility lines. This process allows crews to safely remove soil in both shallow and deep trenches – with minimal risk to buried utility lines and pipes. It also limits noise and prevents dust and projectiles, which improves overall workplace safety.
We can trench any length, any width, up to 4-feet deep (without shoring) or deeper with shoring services, to prep job sites for pipe/utility installation and site modifications.
We supply 10 yard bins to all construction sites, picked up and emptied as needed or upon request.
