Family Culture

We’re family owned and operated and treat all members like family. Here’s what  “family” means to us:

  • We’re a world-class service provider, but far from “corporate”. We work efficiently as one team, reaching the highest standards for safety and quality, without the red tape and bureaucracy that slows many organizations.
  • We tell it like it is, so every day you know what to expect. Some jobs will pay more than others, others bring unique challenges, and some will require overtime or occasional night work.
  • If you have the right attitude, but your performance doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to improve it before taking other actions.
  • We don’t tolerate workplace politics, ostracizing, or gossip – we work as one crew, and everyone pitches in to get the job done.
  • We’re compassionate – you don’t need to spin a tall tale if you can’t make a shift, give us as much advance notice as possible so we can cover it.
  • Safety First – we’re not going to endanger your safety or the safety of others by cutting corners or working excessive hours in extreme heat, cold, snow, or rain.

  • On the job training
    • You’ll be working with power tools, heavy objects and machinery, and hot petroleum-based products, so safety is a priority.
    • If you don’t have a Commercial Drivers License (CDL), you may be eligible for tuition assistance to earn one.
  • Mentorship
    • We match you with one or more crew members to answer your questions, provide training, and help you grow your career.
  • We promote from within
    • From Crewmember to Crew Lead to Foreman or Sales Manager, there’s a career path for everyone.
  • Many employees have been with us for most or all of their careers!
